They are a major Import Substitute manufacturer for BHEL and defence establishments in India. An earlier technical collaboration with Swiss Companies have paved way for them to manufacture Servo Valves & Blocking elements for HP Bypass System They have developed prototypes by Reverse Engineering. They provide service & spare parts for Thermal Power Plants. They have the ability & capacity to manufacture components/assemblies based on drawings or by Reverse Engineering.

Hydraulic Actuators
This is used for actuating the Main steam valve and Spray Valve. Sizes: ASM 63, 100,160,200,250
Blocking Element
A hydraulic valve which is operated with a pilot valve (a solenoid valve). This is used for locking the position of actuators.
Servo Valve
This is a Flow control valve to control the supply of oil to actuator for positioning with 4 liters and 63 liters flow. ST10/63, ST10/4, ST10/5, ST10/65 with input voltage of ±10Volts
Hydraulic Power Unit
This is to supply the pressure oil to the actuator through Servo valve.
Proportional Valve
Direct operated valve to control the flow of oil to the actuator. This is an integrated assembly with a blocking function to hold the actuator at the desired position for main valve & spray valve.
Position Feedback Transmitter
Converts the angular movement in terms of milliAmpere.

Axial Piston Pump
This is a fixed displacement pump with 210 operating pressure and with 12 & 24 ltrs flow.

Oil Supply Unit
APL-6
The on/off control unit is used for opening and closing the hydraulic actuator on isolation valves, it cannot be used for positioning. On/off control unit consists of a 4/3way solenoid valve to control the moving direction and throttle valve to adjust the speed as well check valves are included in the block for free position.
